Whether you are sharing a bathroom with a bunch of roommates, or just with the guests that come through your house, I hope these pictures and tips on bathroom storage will be inspiring.
What perfect timing. This week I took far too many pictures of the surprise kittens that showed up at my mom’s house…and today I bring you a link from Clutter Interrupted, their latest show which just happens to be about organizing photos! I’m so excited to check it out, and put their guest’s ideas to good use.
Click the picture below for a link to their show, or look for it in iTunes.
I found this interesting article on Apartment Therapy the other day:
5 Things That Take a Room From Good to Great
I noticed this recently while visiting a friend. She lives in a place similar to mine, but the space feels totally different, because of the wonderful job she has done decorating. And it’s most of the things listed in this article!
I don’t have the same eye for style that my friend does, I tend to forget style and think only of function in my decor choices. But these small things make a big difference, I could tell the moment I walked in to my friend’s home. I hop this list will inspire you if you are working on making your home feel more welcoming.
Today, I offer you inspiration, not in the form of an organizing techinque, or a picture of a space, but in the person of Joni Eareckson Tada. I listen to her radio show frequently, and I’m always impressed by her cheerful spirit.
If you don’t know about Joni, head over to her website, Joniandfriends.org and check it out. You can read about her tragic accident that left her paralized at 17, and how since then she has poured out her life into ministry for people with disabilities.
When I visit her website, I’m amazed at all the programs they have! Radio, television, family retreats for families of children with disabilities, wheelchair donation programs all over the world, and much more. All this, because one woman did not give up when faced with overwhelming circumstances.
Yesterday I heard a radio program about being a World Changer…and I can see from a book I read recently how much our one little life can affect the world around us, for good or evil. (In the book, a woman’s bitterness and scheming made life miserable for everyone her life touched, for a long time.)
Joni is a World Changer, through her various ministries, books, radio programs, and daily words of inspiration.
I can be a World Changer, by organizing for my family, friends, and clients. Saving time and lowering stress, freeing time for the important things in life.
How will you be a World Changer in your world? How can you impact people for good today, with your gifts?
Finally, I can’t resist putting in a plug for an organizational tool, Joni’s 2015 planner. If you’re looking for a head start on next year’s calendar, this would be a good one.
